Foreman – Dublin (full time)
Description
Due to our continued development and expansion in the Dublin area we are seeking to recruit an experienced Foreman.
The successful candidate will join a strong team and will be working on a variety of retail, commercial and residential projects.
Applicants should have a trades background and 10 years + experience at Foreman/ Finishing
Foreman level working within a medium to large main contractor / general contracting company undertaking a mixed array of projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven background in overseeing and delivering high quality building finishes
- Experience of working to the highest industry safety and environmental standards
- Drive and determination to push projects through
- Residential refurbishment experience
- Good analytical and problem solving skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to
detail - Abilities to work well with Customers, design team members and site based work colleagues
and to build strong working relationships - Good communication, presentation and writing skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
