Niall O’Meara brings more than 30 years professional experience gained in a number of senior commercial and management roles in the UK and Irish construction industry. He is responsible for the strategic direction, growth and development and the overall performance of the company. Niall has a strong background in commercial management and is committed to building a construction services business based on a collaborative working approach and superior performance.
Mick Allen

Construction Director
Mick is a Fellow of Engineers Ireland with 36 years’ experience in the construction and building industry. He has wide ranging experience in the Irish and UK market having worked on and successfully managed many high profile commercial, retail and hotel projects. Mick has a particularly strong background in the retail and fitout sectors and has extensive design and build and design team management experience ensuring that Customer needs and expectations are always delivered upon. Within the industry he is well known for his hands on approach, his ability to deliver on time and his aftercare support to our Customers.
Aidan Drummond

Life Sciences & Industry Director
Aidan is a Customer focussed experienced building professional with over 25 years’ experience primarily gained within the Irish construction industry. He has extensive cost value, risk management and operational construction experience enabling him to lead effective teams, develop strong and lasting customer and design team relationships. Aidan is primarily responsible for development and the operational delivery of our Life Sciences and Industry related projects. He also fulfils the role of Project Director on key public work projects in the education and healthcare sectors.
Colm Fehily

Commercial Director
Colm joined the company in 2012 and is responsible for all commercial and quantity surveying operations.
Prior to joining the business Colm worked as a senior management team member for a national contractor. He works closely with our Customers and Design Teams playing a critical role in ensuring budgetary and financial control.
Aidan O Connell

Construction Director (Dublin & Leinster Region)
Aidan O’Connell is a Construction Director with over 30 years’ experience with responsibility for construction operations and new contracting opportunities within the Dublin and wider Leinster area. Aidan has significant contracting expertise in the delivery of complex building projects in the following sectors; healthcare, residential, leisure, education, fitout, and data centre construction. He has also managed both complex and high value PPP and Design and Build projects and is an excellent team leader with an ability to drive and motivate project teams to consistently deliver quality projects. Aidan is also noted for his strong track record in forming enduring Design Team and Customer relationships.
Diarmaid Daly

Surveying Director
Diarmaid is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years industry experience. He has wide ranging building and civil engineering commercial management and quantity surveying experience. Working in conjunction with his fellow Directors, Diarmaid is actively involved in leading and supporting our QS and site teams across all our projects and construction operations. Diarmaid is widely experienced in early contractor involvement working and value engineering and is responsible for our preconstruction design and build activities.
