Vision Contracting Ltd completed the construction of 3 no. 4 storey luxury contemporary dwelling houses. This project was carried out on a Design and Build basis and involved extensive design development and attention to detail to ensure the completed development was constructed to the highest standards of finish. The houses have distinctive tower elements which extend throughout the four storeys providing grand entrance hall features with double height ceilings, zinc feature roofs and have large front rear balcony areas which wrap around each building. The highest quality finishes and fittings have been used throughout the development to enhance the sleek and modern design

• Great care & attention was taken to ensure that no structural deflection caused damage to adjoining properties.

• Letter drops were carried out on a weekly basis to ensure that the local residents were kept up to date on work activities which helped greatly with fostering good relations with the local community.

• Deliveries to site were carefully planned due to the fact that Upper Richmond Road is a main arterial route into Central London & also a Red Route Clearway as designated by Transport for London.
