This project, which was built by the Vision Senior Management Team, involved the construction of a Five-Star Hotel & Leisure Centre in an inner City location.
The scope included the construction of a basement, hotel kitchen & food prep areas, library, meeting rooms, extensive bar and lounge areas together with 54 high quality finished ensuite bedrooms. The leisure area included a 20m deck level pool with steam room, sauna, aerobics facilities and gymnasium.
