This project, which was built by the Vision Senior Management Team, involved the construction of a major retail development off the Southern ring road with a 55,000sq m shopping centre and 13 screen cinema, 11,800sq m retail park and parking for over 2000 cars.
The shopping centre, with structural steel frame, composite metal decking, insulated cladding system, is built on two levels. A 12m wide glass roof and glass balustrading maximise the use of natural light. The infrastructure included a new bridge over the South Ring Road with multiple roadways allowing smooth traffic flow in and out of the shopping centre & retail park.
