This project involved the upgrade to the existing Raheenleigh water treatment Plant at Myshall, Co. Carlow to increase its treatment capacity. The existing Plant continued to be operated during the upgrade works. The projects included new RC water retaining structures, sand bad filters, process piping, full mechanical, electrical and commissioning together with site infrastructure with final landscaping. A new Operations Building with Laboratory & Office facilities was also provided.

• All of the new structures were built within the live operational Plant.
• Significant co-ordination in change over from existing Lab & Office to new.
• High level of testing & commissioning.
