This project involved the diversion of mains services prior to commencement of the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre Western Extension. The works included diverting 350m of both low & medium pressure gas mains. ESB High Tension cables were rerouted together with Telecoms coaxial & fibre optic cables. Foul & surface water drainage was diverted. New layouts for carpark lighting & CCTV were catered for to allow the new extension to proceed without adversely affecting the Shopping Centre customers.

• Critical agreement with Centre Management not to impact on customer parking.
• Majority of works carried out at night as the Shopping Centre operates on a 7 day week basis.
• Excavations opened at night & temp reinstated early morning for Public access.
• High level of co-ordination & planning with Centre Management & Security Staff.
