Description

This project involved alterations to existing Landlord areas in order to create a New multi-purpose Community Centre for both Tenants & Staff. The works required comprehensive alterations to the existing HVAC system together with modifications to Sprinklers & M&E.

• Extensive coordination and planning with Shopping Centre Management and Design Team to minimise construction work impacts on Shopping Centre operations.

• Control of noise & dust in order to ensure that Tenant operations were not adversely impacted during demolition & strip out.
