As Head of Quality, BC(A)R, and Sustainability at Vision Contracting, my role is incredibly rewarding. I have the opportunity to drive change within the company and contribute to the sustainability transformation in construction.

My journey with Vision Contracting began as a graduate in late 2014, shortly after completing my MSc in Project Management. I started as an assistant project manager on our Apple European Headquarters project. Since then, Vision Contracting has supported my educational and professional development by presenting me with challenges and enabling me to pursue various degrees and leadership courses.

This support has allowed me to progress from a graduate to a senior management position. Vision Contracting is highly supportive of continuous professional development, offering college courses, training programs, and CPD opportunities to ensure that employees have the knowledge and tools they need to perform their daily tasks effectively.

Our company culture is a key reason I enjoy working at Vision. The company’s commitment to high standards and its genuine interest in both employees and customers—culminating in the achievement of Great Place to Work certification—is a true testament to our culture.
