Since I started working with Vision Contracting as a Construction Management graduate in 2022, my experience has been incredibly fulfilling. The extensive and practical training I received right away gave me the technical know-how and managerial skills I needed to succeed. Senior management have been incredibly supportive, constantly supporting my professional development and offering advice when required. The company’s culture of cooperation and ongoing development has made it simple to fit in and make a meaningful contribution. I’m thankful for the chances Vision has given me to further my career and delighted to have advanced to the position of Senior Site Engineer.
