I began working as a graduate EHS Advisor for Vision Contracting over 2 years ago and I can honestly say it’s been such a rewarding experience. While it’s a male-dominated industry, I have always felt supported and encouraged to pursue my career goals. Vision Contracting has created a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone’s contributions are valued. What I appreciate most is that Vision Contracting promotes a culture of teamwork and respect. My voice is always heard, and I’m given the opportunity to take on leadership roles, which has been incredibly rewarding. It’s been incredibly fulfilling to see my work come to life and contribute to the built environment. I have had the opportunity to work on large-scale projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and continuously grow my skill set through training and mentorship. What I appreciate most is that Vision Contracting promotes a culture of teamwork and respect, and my voice is always heard.
